RDAA Staff Members

Karen Aspery - Executive Officer
Karen has had a long history with RDA SA on National consultative committies. Karen has been hard at work garnering sponsorship and grants to get RDAA in a healthy position for the years ahead.
She currently works part-time (0.4) as Coordinator at RDA SA. She is a horse-owner and competitor and has a passion for dressage.

Karen has an Advanced Diploma in Management, Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training as well as certificate IV in Contract Management (Risk Management).

Theresa Moore – Office Manager

Theresa currently works part-time for RDA Australia as the Office Manager. Theresa joined the RDA SA team in October 2006 and works part time with the SA state office (0.6). Theresa has since 'held the fort' and led the RDAA office into 2011. She is often found organising the National Events for RDAA. She has completed Certificate IV in Sports Administration. She loves dancing and performing arts.

Sharon Nichols - Coaching Coordinator
Sharon is the most recent staff addition to RDA Australia, joining in June 2011 as National Coaching Coordinator. Sharon comes to us from RDA Victor Harbor centre in South Australia where she volunteers as a coach and treasurer and is currently coaching one rider for Special Olympics and five riders for the SA State Dressage Championships.
 
Sharon is qualified in RDA as a Level 1 coach and is now training for Level 1 Vaulting and Level 2 Coaching.

Stacey Murray - Administration Assistant
Stacey first joined RDA Australia in June 2010 where she assisted with sorting out paperwork when the National Office initially relocated to Adelaide. After a break, Stacey rejoined the team in May 2011 as Administration Assistant and is currently compiling statistics from ASC surveys as well as the Annual Report as well as the ongoing task of sorting and archiving RDAA files electronically and physically. 

Stacey has recently completed an Arts degree Majoring in English Literature.
