Riding for the Disabled Association Queensland (RDAQ) assists people with disabilities interact with horses through horse-riding, dressage, carriage driving, vaulting and therapeutic programs.

- Has 22 centres operating throughout Queensland
- Caters for 1000 participants
- Centres are predominately run by volunteers, with recruitment, training & retention of volunteers seen as a high priority
- 1000 volunteers help our special riders achieve their personal goals through participation in our sporting & therapeutic equestrian activities in a safe & supportive environment
RDAQ recognises the importance of building social networks and relationships. Each Centre assists in meeting the emotional, physical and social needs of its participants.

The safety of our riders and volunteers is always a priority and concern. Our Coaches, Volunteers and Support Staff work closely together to plan & deliver our programs to ensure maximum safety and high quality outcomes for participating children/young people & their families.
RDAQ is part of a worldwide movement and is affiliated to RDA Australia. It is associated with the Equestrian Federation of Australia (EFA) and the Queensland Pony Club.
