The Company is governed by a Constitution and Corporations Law. Members determine Policy and elect a Board of Directors to implement that Policy. The Board has a Board Charter (a copy is available from the Company Secretary), and the Board meets on a regular basis. Formal minutes are kept of those meetings, and Company Members are provided a summary of the minutes.
The Board of Directors delegate the management of the Association to an Executive Officer and the appointed staff.
The financial affairs are overseen by one of the Directors nominated as the Honorary Treasurer.
The Company is fully audited by Moore Stephens.

RDA Australia is currently reviewing its policies & procedures and is in the process of publishing a new National Operations Manual.
