~ Riding turns 'I wish' into 'I can' ~
Pam Brown

Riding for the Disabled Association Australia (RDAA) is a voluntary, nonprofit organisation which provides opportunities for anyone with a disability to enjoy safe, healthy stimulating, therapeutic, horse-related activities in Australia.

Each week more than 4000 children & adults with the support of 3000+ volunteers participate at a centre near you. We currently have a waiting list of up to 2 years for some of our centres. We would love to offer our service to many more children & adults with a disability across Australia both inner city and in rural areas.

Our programs make a huge difference to the lives of children and adults with special needs and disabilities by helping to:

  • improve balance & posture
  • improve cognitive skills
  • develop hand-eye coordination
  • make new friends
  • improve communication skills
  • learn new skills
  • build self-confidence & self-esteem

Your willingness to support RDAA can give these children & adults the chance to make their dreams come true. Donations over $2 are tax-deductible.

RDAA is looking for support to develop a number of Australia wide initiatives including but not limited to:

  • Awareness Week
  • Coach Development Program
  • Covered Arena Project
  • Elite Athletes Training Program
  • Equine Welfare Program
