Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia currently has eight (8) Member States actively operating programmes for people with a disability through out Australia. Date : Press Release 5th May 2006 New NSW Associate Member of Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia Inc The Council of Riding for the Disabled Association Australia last night voted unanimously to accept a new Associate member from NSW. The group known as Equestrian Athletes with Disabilities NSW has an immediate focus of facilitation and support of NSW elite Dressage riders to qualify for National and International selection, and will expand their charter in response to demand. The President of the new group Jaci Armstrong has had extensive RDA experience as a NSW rider and Level 1 Coach and is a member of the NSW Dressage Committee. Jaci also has wide reaching involvement with many other community organisations. Jaci reported that the entire committee was thrilled to have been granted Associate membership of RDAA and looked forward to working with RDAA to assist riders within NSW to achieve their goals.
